Monday, 16 August, 2010The Grosvenor UK Poker Tour found its way back once again to the Luton G Casino for a full week’s worth of busy side events culminating in the £1,000 No Limit Hold’em Main Event, August 12th-15th. Top honours in this leg went to a familiar face (and voice) on the tournament circuit, Neil ‘Bad Beat’ Channing, who won £64,050 and his first GUKPT Main Event title.
UK Poker Tour Leg 6 Starts August 7
Wednesday, 4 August, 2010The 6th leg of the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour begins this weekend at G Casino Luton, bringing back a full set of side events to this very popular stop on the tour. The £1000 + £70 Main Event (starting Thursday 12th and Friday 13th August) was won last year by Richard Gryko, who took down £88,850 for his top finish.
Grosvenor UK Poker Tour Summer Series Round 3 Done
Wednesday, 30 June, 2010The third round of Grosvenor UK Poker Tour Summer Series festivals have now been completed. The Walsall festival featured a £500 main event, which was won by Stephen Thomson from Leamington Spa. He won his seat into the tournament via a £50 super satellite and defeated a field of just 39 players to win the £7,220 first prize.
