Special Bonus Offers
Pacific Poker runs a wide gamut of bonuses throughout the year, switching up from month to month. Some bonuses and promotions take place all year long.

Welcome Bonus Offer: This bonus provides a 100% bonus split into two payoffs. A new member receives a 25% match immediately and another 75% after he begins to play and meets the requirements.

First Depositor’s Freeroll: Every new depositor has the opportunity to win money in a freeroll with a total value of $3,500.

Twitter Bonus Offer: Follow Pacific Poker on Twitter and you could win a $500 freeroll. At the very least, you will keep up with the latest promotions from Pacific Poker.

VIP Programs
VIP Status: Six VIP status levels exist. The higher it is that a player climbs in status, the greater his rewards are from special bonuses to hospitality events to exclusive promotions.

Play and Collect Points: Players begin to earn Play and Collect Points the moment they begin to play, whether they win or lose. Play and Collect Points can be exchanged for cash or gifts from the online store.

Tournaments and Freerolls
An assortment of tournaments offering a wide range of buy ins can be found at Pacific Poker including guaranteed tournaments, Sit & Gos, rebuys, and satellites. Popular tournaments include the Daily Challenge, Deep Stack, and High Rollers events. Qualifiers are held for several live events including the Aussie Millions, European Poker, Tour, and Irish Open.

Weekly and monthly freerolls are part of the fun with a $1,000 freeroll each month and a $500 freeroll each week.

Software
Pacific Poker uses private software to support smart functionality, terrific graphics, search functions, multi-table play, chat options, mini-views, stats, hand histories, actions buttons, and more. A non-downloadable version of the software is also available for those players who wish to have access at any location. While this version does offer some of the same functionality, it is lacking a little in appearance. Pacific Poker has also introduced a no-download client for Mac and Linux users.

Competition
Expect soft competition at the Omaha Hi-Lo, No-Limit and Pot-Limit cash games, which are all strongly recommended for players looking to make a profit.

Deposit and Withdrawal Options
Acceptable methods for deposits include MasterCard credit, Eurocard credit, Visa credit, Diners Club credit, MasterCard debit, Eurocard debit, Visa debit, Diners Club debit, EntroPay Virtual Visa card, Laser debit card, Chinese debit card, Solo debit card, Maestro debit card, PayPoint Invoice, Boleto, European cheques, paysafecard, Ukash, wire transfers, bank transfers, and echeck. A number of eWallets are also accepted.

Withdrawals are generally taken using the same method as the deposits that were made. Additional options exist for those players who have funds over and above the deposits they have made.

Support Options
Players can contact customer service through email and live chat. The site offers an online poker school to assist new players. Plus, an informative FAQ section is available to answer some of the most commonly asked questions.
