EPT Tallinn Underway

Tamas Lendvai Wins Italian Poker Tour
Wednesday, 11 August, 2010The Venice leg of the PokerStars Italian Poker Tour has been won by a Hungarian player who has only been playing poker for four years. Tamas Lendvai showed no signs of inexperience though, as he came out on top of a 505 strong field, to land the €235,000 first prize.
James “Flushy” Dempsey rewarded
Sunday, 8 August, 2010James “Flushy” Dempsey, one of the World Series of Poker 2010’s best performing poker players, has been rewarded for his efforts with a Full Tilt Poker sponsorship deal.
The professional player from Brighton, England really came to prominence on the world stage this summer, in winning his first ever World Series of Poker bracelet. The man known as “Flushy” took down event number 9, the $1,500 Pot Limit Hold’em, earning $197,470 in the process. He also managed to cash in three other events at this year’s WSOP, including a second place finish in the Omaha Eight or Better Championship event, with total earnings of more than half a million dollars.
